THIS TOO WILL PASS

My husband always tells me "this too will pass" when I am concerned about a situation. That phrase always gives me a pause to take a deep breath and get the situation in perspective. I think that is what many people need to do during this worldwide pandemic

All of us have a choice whether to be anxious, fearful and stressed or we can get a reality check that even though this is something we never thought would happen in our lifetime we still have a choice of how we are going to get through this.

I am a born again believer in Jesus Christ. If I had not asked Jesus into my heart 50+ years ago I am sure I would be a basket case. God has been with me through thick and thin and I know that His Word says He will never leave me or forsake me. 

Here are some things you need to know:

• God loves you
• Sin separates people from God
• Jesus died for your sins
• You can receive Jesus now and know God's love

If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.
Here is a simple prayer you can pray to begin a life filled with joy, peace, purpose, and assurance that Jesus loves you and will help you get through these trying times we are living in.


Pray this prayer out loud:
Heavenly Father, in Jesus' name I repent of my sins and open my heart to let Jesus come inside of me. Jesus, you are my Lord and Savior. I believe you died for my sins and you were raised from the dead. Fill me with your Holy Spirit. Thank you Father for saving me in Jesus' name. Amen
