The Fruit of the Spirit Faithfulness - Galatians 5:22-23 - Part 7
The Fruit of the Spirit - Faithfulness
The definition of faithfulness is to be constant, loyal, having or showing a strong sense of duty or responsibility, conscientious, adherence to a person or thing which one is bound by an oath or obligation (such as in marriage). Loyalty to have undeviating allegiance to a person, cause, or institution which one feels morally bound to support or defend, to be constant and free from fickleness in affections or loyalties.
Here are a few keys for being faithful:
1. Keep your word.
2. Do all you can do to the best of your ability in the assignment you are given.
3. Go the extra mile to complete your task.
4. Don't look for changes to always happen around you, but instead look inside yourself and let God change you.
Rewards for being faithful:
Blessings - Proverbs 28:20
Preservation - Psalm 31:23
Exalted position - Matthew 25:21
Opportunity to be in ministry - I Timothy 1:12
The crown of life - Revelation 2:10
It is so important to have a spirit of faithfulness!!
