new year new goals

 I would say that most of us have started our new goals. here are a few goals that I often use. first, it is weight loss. I. always go back to Weight Watcher. 1 lost 60 lbs and kept the goal weight! off. If I see the scales getting higher then it is time to get back to healthy eating. I will admit I need to take off a few pounds, many of those pounds were pumpkin pie. I love that the holiday treat was yummy!

Well, those are a few ideas on how to not go overboard on the holidays!
